At Cardiac Delights, located in Marikina City, patrons are greeted with an intriguing mix of savory offerings. Customers rave about the unique dish names and appealing packaging, which set a fun tone for dining. Yet, many reviews echo a common concern: the food tends to be on the saltier side, aptly dubbed “talagang pang high blood” by some. This notion isn't just a joke; it’s an indicator of the bold flavors at play.
Despite the saltiness, guests adore the generous portions and quick service. The Sizzling Bulalo with Bone Marrow has quickly become a fan favorite, showcasing tender meat that captivates the palate. Others note the fried rice's greasiness, which can overpower an otherwise excellent dish. The well-crafted flavors, though rich, can feel overwhelming as the meal progresses.
As for the ambiance, some diners mention that the service could improve, particularly in terms of cleanliness, but the overall experience left them wanting to return. At reasonable prices, Cardiac Delights offers a memorable if indulgent, dining adventure that marries flavor and fun, making it a must-try for adventurous eaters.

Reviews for Cardiac Delights
Review highlights
Based on 376 reviewsCardiac Delights is praised for its flavorful dishes, generous portions, and quick serving times, making it a favored spot for hearty meals in Marikina City. Many diners appreciate the creative menu and the friendly, attentive staff. However, recurring feedback highlights the food’s high salt content and notable greasiness, which some customers find overwhelming. The restaurant’s pricing is generally viewed as reasonable, although there are suggestions for improved cleanliness and housekeeping. Overall, Cardiac Delights is recognized for delivering satisfying and indulgent meals, appealing particularly to those who enjoy rich, robust flavors despite concerns about healthiness and heaviness.
I love the advertising and the packaging, panalo ang names ng mga dishes. But I find the food too salty for my taste. Talagang pang high blood! Still, the serving time was short, we ordered a lot, but we got them in a jiffy. The prices are okay as well, not too steep. Overall, we enjoyed our experience there. WilI I come back, probably.
Their food will really give you heart problems (literally), but in delicious ways.
Food tastes great and big servings. Service is ok but I the restaurant needs to improve on housekeeping. But as for the food its worth coming back!
The food was great albeit greasy. Would've been 5/5 if the fried rice wasn't too greasy. The first few bites are absolutely amazing. The flavors are just right and the meat was tender (bagnet was crispy). However, because even the rice is greasy, there was nothing to balance out the greasiness of the main dish hence making the whole meal nauseating and hard to finish near the end. Would recommend going for the novelty but would think twice about going back.
This is my second time eating here and I now have a favorite - Sizzling Bulalo with Bone Marrow. Serving time is quick and wait staff is friendly and helpful. Utensils and drinking water are self-served.
Can't find any negative feedback for this resto. So far, Cardiac Delights is one of our go-to restos and our favorite!
I honestly didn’t expect much because of the bad reviews I read here, but I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the bagnet sisig and as a sisig lover, I can say it’s one of the best I’ve ever tasted. The serving was big and definitely sulit for its ₱200 price. Since I came in early and was one of the first customers, I also didn’t have to wait long for my food to be served.
Food here is delicious, rich, and fatty, plus the portions are quite big relative to the price. The cuisine is classic Filipino comfort food but with a fun twist and the place itself has such an entertaining vibe from its appearance to the names of their signature dishes. You'll definitely be satisfied with the food here. It's only a hassle to eat here during peak hours because demand is too much for the restaurant to keep up with. We came around during lunch time and we had to wait 20 minutes before we got a table and 30 minutes more for our order. It was also a bit cramped because there were a lot of people and though the food made up for it in the end, this could be something they can improve on in the future.
